Most of my lunches are on the fly ~ so imagine how much fun it was to join my friend, K, and a group of her favorite mothers (including her own!) for a luncheon celebrating Mother’s Day at her home! Those who know K, know what an amazing cook she is. These ricotta with lemon, basil & honey on bruschetta appetizers were SO fresh. This is a perfect appetizer for a warm weather gathering. Here’s the recipe, but K advises adding more lemon zest than the recipe calls for.
