    This time of year I like to sneak away for a little me time at the beach with a good book or into my art room in our home. During the school year I give myself 20 minutes of *nothing time*in a room all by myself when I first get home. I've found that I really need that few minutes to decompress and change out of my teacher role. It makes for a happier mother and wife the rest of the evening.
