A casual chat at a recent dinner party led me to check out Kamp Studios. My friends, Gayle & John had recently had their dining room painted, they told me, by this talented team, and you could tell they loved the results.
The minute I saw the examples of this graphic art, I knew I had to share it. At one time, simple and uncomplicated….it definitely exudes a WOW factor.
Kamp Studios is the collaborative project of artists, Ken Miller and Kim Collins. Together they create innovative interiors with color, movement and surface.
Here is the dining room that belongs to my friends. And it belies the seemingly conservative exterior of their home. For those of us who sometimes feel a little more daring on the inside than we might appear on the outside…wall flowers indeed!
From playroom, to bedroom, to dining room….you can just imagine the possibilities. And, if you need a little help, just ask Kim and Ken.
Could your walls use a little art, or should I say BIG art?
xo, Elizabeth
It's amazing how far wallpaper has come!
How chic and cool at the same time! You're a neverending source of great taste and ideas, Elizabeth. I love the fact that your friends went so bold in a traditional home – wonder how Kamp Studios would update my little 1920's home with their flower power?
Love walking into a traditional room and finding the unexpected! What a pair of talented painters.
Hi Elizabeth!
I think this
is an amazing
marriage of modern
and classic design,
together. What
a talent this team
has!

Hi All!
I've had a lot of company over the past few days, so I haven't been able to respond to all of you individually.
But, know that I read your comments and appreciate the dialogue so much!!!!
How much fun to see what a little paint can do!
Hope you all enjoyed the view and found a little inspiration!!!
xoxo Elizabeth
