When I think of Thanksgiving desserts, I usually think of apple, pecan or pumpkin pie. Maybe an apple cranberry crisp.
Yet, I was taken with these darling options by the talented event planner, Amy Atlas. Many of them are perfect for the “non baking” hostess!
What’s your favorite Thanksgiving dessert?
What pretty packaging and treats! I'd have to say, I wasn't a big fan of pumpkin anything until I had my first pumpkin chiffon pie and now, nothings beats the fluffy creaminess of this desert – especially after turkey and all the fixins. Makes my mouth water just thinking of it!

My mother in law
usually bakes the
two traditionals
{pumpkin and pecan
pies} but there have
been a few years
where I've given it
a go….One year I
made pumpkin cheesecake
with bourbon cream
frosting and it was
wonderful. One year
was chocolate pecan
pie…..yummy. Not
sure yet about this
year. But I am excited
about our smoked turkey,
thanks to YOUR recommendation!
Happy Tuesday, Elizabeth!

PS: I have given to
the a similar well drilling
charity a friend's son was
involved in. Great post.
I am really trying to cut way back on sugar, but on Thanksgiving, I adore a piece of pie. apple, pumpkin, or mince-meat!
Off to work out and try to avoid any sweet temptation!

I've always been a pecan pie lover–but as I get ahem, older, pumpkin anything is winning me over. But, a good pecan bourbon pie is this year's winner for me. Lovely post–going to work off some pre-holiday temptings myself.
Apple pie and pumpkin pie is always on our table! Those caramel pears and sugared pears in your pictures look delish!

amy atlas never fails to impress! love it all!
Those little cupcakes with the hat are adorable. And I LOVE any pear desserts. We are a very traditional apple pie family (with a small pumpkin pie on the side for one of my sons)
They are too cute to eat! I look forward to chocolate pumpkin cheesecake all year long ~ such a treat!

I look forward to the pecan pie and I like a bit of chocolate with it. Amy Atlas rocks. I have watched some of her videos on line where she shows how she gets ready for a party. Cool to see how it all comes together.

I LOVE those pears! Too pretty to eat!!
Hi Elizabeth,
I am so getting ready for a feast! Can't wait!! LOVING pumpkin these days. I just went to a little event at a local boutique on Fri night and there was this lady who is FABulous and had catered some delightful bites. There was a pumpkin pudding-ish treat that I would not normally touch, but I was so thinking I would like the bowl if I was home alone!! I totally emailed her for the recipe 😀 How cute are these that you've featured here today. And those bags with the clear turkey cut out, adorable!
LOVE,
Kel
Yum I have never had a caramel pear…sounds delish! xx
