Everyone around me has been sick. Sneezing. Coughing. Sniffling. And worse.
So, I’ve had Vitamin C on the brain….and I prefer mine directly from nature. Oranges. Grapefruits. Lemons.
So loving what the ladies at Little Flower School came up with in their Winter Citrus class.
Feeling better already!
What’s your favorite winter cold remedy?

Pink grapefruit – eat it every day! Love the citrus arrangement – cheery colors! And the newspaper wrappings in the first picture in Chinese characters.

Beautiful arrangement! I love the edible incredible way of soup, healthy smoothies and x-tra sleep 🙂 Ok, now I want to crawl back in bed!! XO Kel
Soup. Then there is fresh lemon in my water bottle. If I feel a sore throat coming on, herbal tea/honey and extra sleep. Works for me.
Happy New Year!!
lovely! and I could really use it too!;)
Beautiful arrangement! I hope you start feeling better soon! Take care, Caroline
I adore citrus along with fresh ginger. An arrangement like that warms any table~
I make a tea with lemon, ginger and honey and it does wonders!
Hope all snivels will soon be smiles! Stay warm.

How beautiful!! I have an orange almost every night after dinner. I know – most people eat them in the morning, but I find it very satisfying and fresh after a meal!
happy New Year! It looks like you had a fabulous holiday–I'm so glad. Hope everyone is feeling better soon so that we can have our much delayed lunch! xx Barbara
Feel better soon! Soup, Airborne, lots of water and sleep.
Darn it, E!! So sorry for the sniffels! It sounds totally extreme but I ask my facial gal if I can come in and sit under the steam for about 30 minutes. The bed is warm, the steam is hot and I catch a little nap 🙂 Feel better soon!!
xx..Katie

On my list of things to do today was e-mail about these floral classes. I am itching to take one…want to join me?
