So much to see….so little time.
That’s what I thought as I dashed around the NYIGF. I never could have navigated it as well on my own, so I have to thank my friend, Lisa of Hamptontoes, for taking me under her wing and showing me the ropes. Thanks, Lisa…it was so much fun!
Here are some things that caught my eye.
Color and reflection at Bungalow 5
Hip vintage appeal at Go Home
Some friendly faces….Stacy & Michael (aka Dunes and Duchess) with their uber cool candelabras and lamps.
Cynthia & Carolyn of Diane James Home – how great are those flower pins?!
Lots of new color at Worlds Away
Beautiful pillows and hand towels at Two Girls in Avignon
Lamps, frames and home accessories at Robyn Brooks
Luxurious linens at Julia B
Bright, hip and happy at Jonathan Adler
See anything you like?

Beautiful!! I took a pic of the same green lacquered bamboo mirror (I think) as you…just from Atlanta! Take care, Caroline
Loving all of the color!!!! Looks like so much fun. "I want to go !!!!""(said multiple times, as I jump up and down):):) thanks for your sweet comment today.
Well, for your first time….I bet you & Lisa were the belles of the show! What a gift and and "eye" you have for spotting such items that add pizazz to give or to take home. Was there any taking home? Those linens, flowers and all the colors! "LOVE!"

I absolutely enjoyed experiencing the NYIGF together. Great review Elizabeth! You have a natural eye for spotting fab items!
fantastic stuff. I think that orange lamp in the second image would complete my life. I actually have the chartruese and gray lamp in the fifth photo.
Wonderful new blog look, too!

WOW! You highlighted so many of my faves! Like those upcycled books, I just died over those, especially in gold…and those pagoda lamps were brilliant! Great job!
Everything! And such a fresh take.
pve – I did get to order a couple of goodies!!
perfect gray – the orange lamp is fantastic!!

I'll take one of everything, please!

So much eye candy! And you know my eye went to those monograms right away. Loved seeing it through your eyes, and can't wait to see what's next for you! xo Cathy
How fun! Love all the color–although the pagoda lamps really caught my eye–do they come in different colors?
Loving everyone's tour of the show. Looks like you did fabulously for your first time – love everything you showed. I'm sure and Lisa had a blast!!
Didn't you LOVE it?! And more, doesn't it make you want to open a store to share your favorites with everyone?!
Love the orange lamp…Will look amazing in my living room; also the linens by Julia B is fantastic
I have been following your blog for weeks now and I must tell you that is adorable!
I was so disappointed I wasn't able to make it this year. I heard I missed a fabulous show. And now you've shown me the rumors are right! 🙂
I so wish I could have been there with you and having Lisa as your tour guide? To die for! And you got to have Sue with you and see Carolyn? What a great time! xx
Thanks for the update. I'm so bummed I'm not able to go this year!
ps…Elizabeth, good news as requested –
PA Punxsutawney Phil emerged about dawn today when his handlers announced the animal could not "see" his shadow and therefore was predicting an early end to wintry weather
xo Cathy
Love your blog! and I am really liking the lamps here!
Thanks for stopping by Luella & June! xo

We traveled the same path but on different days (see my photo of Dunes and Duchess on my blog). I am including a link to your well curated post to show my readers more of the good stuff seen at NYIGF!

Lots of great things. the linens caught my eye because we were on the hunt for those at the Dallas Market . Loved seeing Cynthia and Carolyn. I feel like I know them from blogging but have never even seen a picture until now. so cute!
Elizabeth – Thank you for the info. I love reading your blog.
Elizabeth, What a great collection of NYIGF items! Thanks so much for including Dunes and Duchess. It was wonderful of you to stop by. Your list is a perfect guide for me, who was stuck in a booth rather than walking around. I love those map pillows! xosk
