Taking a second, third and even fourth look through LONNY and TRADHome, I started noticing my favorite flower.
Tulips!!! Looks like the stylists like them, too!
What are you drawn to in magazine photos? Color, layout, furniture, accessories, embellishments?
Wishing you bunches more of whatever you love!

You'll see tomorrow as I'm drawn to certain colors right now… Am seeing tulips every where I go, too!
xxoo
All the more clear how tulips are perfect accessories:) Hope you had a lovely Easter weekend!
Every-time I see tulips I think of you.
They add life and freshness to any room!

Seems like for over a week now every which way I look I'm saying – ahhh, pretty pink tulips!

So happy to see our yellow tulips in the backyard as I write!! I am drawn to interiors photos for all the reasons you mention, especially when there is a sense of the owner!!
Funny, Tim picked me up some tulips the other day and I instantly thought… Oh, Elizabeth would love these! That peacock is so cool! xo
CRAZY! Just drafted a post that answers this very question…in a very similar manner, (sort of…think Trad Home/Lonny)..you will know my answer when you see it…crazy!!
Love the tulips…for some reason-I am drawn to the colors and patterns…and of course that peacock!! Take care, Caroline
Tulips are hands down just the best! My eye moves towards color then accessories when it comes to design mags. I love neutral tones with splashes of color- like a big bunch of red or pink tulips!
It was an amazing magazine! I need to go back for a second look! I think it was better than both the glossieTraditional Home and Lonny.

Tulips are my favorite flowers too, especially if they are white or orange. I love their simplicity and understated elegance.
The images above are absolutely dreamy.
Tulips are so stylish it is not a surprise they would appear in such chic mags! xx
i am also attracted to tulips.. I am constantly saving photos with beautiful tulips and I think of you! I sometimes feel like a copycat, but then I realize tulips are universally loved! They are wonderful – and such a wonderful thing to attach your identity to!
I love tulip season! Seeing their bright little heads popping up all over the place makes me happy. I have yellow ones in blue and white ginger gars on the mantle and they add a little sunshine to the house.
I think color draws me in…
Happy Tulip Tuesday! XX

Elizabeth,
As you know, Paris has gorgeous floral shops with the most lovely displays inside and along the sidewalk outside of the shops. I saw many tulips and each time I thought of you! I'm drawn to the overall feel of a room when I look at a magazine. I want to love the elements of the space, but also how it's pulled together to create a certain feel.
Tulips in the home are LOVELY… however I love them blooming in my garden more!!! NEED to plant a bunch in the Fall for next year!
Tulips always make me smile and think of you. What a darling post.
hugs ~lynne~
Gorgeous, that peacock in the last picture is so cool! Is it a painting with real feathers added? I can't figure out since the feathers extend beyond the frame?
Tulips are so gorgeous blooming everywhere now! I am drawn to the birds nowadays.
Thank you for such a gorgeous post!
ooh i love tulips. they always make my day.
the house is so wonderful.

In the last photo, I thought the peacock was in the artwork, but maybe on a stand? Beautiful collection of photos XOL
So pretty; we've been enjoying a few tulips around here. They are so cheerful!
I love them too! as well as Lonny and TradHome. And I *may* have taken about 100 tulip photos yesterday at Old Westbury Gardens.
