My darling Clementine Art! A few years ago, I stumbled upon Clementine Art, chemical free art supplies created for children by a Boulder, CO art teacher.
After noticing that children do get a wee bit messy while creating works of art, she wondered if these products were as safe as possible for her little Picassos. So, she set out to research and create a line of products that are 100% natural.
I have adored these products for years. The modeling dough smells delicious, the quality is first rate and the packaging (I do love pretty packaging) makes them the perfect gift or party favor. Yet, recently, the packaging has been retooled to be even more “green” (no pun intended).
Need to tuck a little something into a camp care package? Are the grandchildren coming to visit? Taking a trip and need to have something to pass the travel time? Oh, Clementine!
I've never heard of this brand. I wish I knew of it when my kids were smaller. When I hear crayons I instantly think of Logan at age 3, drawing a big circle on the wall and saying, "Sorry, Mommy… sorry Mommy." I think in her 3 yr. old mind she knew it was wrong but couldn't help herself! ha ha. xo
So interesting…love the packaging too, very clean and fresh (guess they represent the misson of the product well) Love how things are born out of someones needs/personal experience…..great little line!
Oh my darling Clementine, love to give these darling supplies a try!

Thank you for the introduction. Certainly sounds like a good thing – and they've packaged it to be naturally appealing! 🙂
These are darling! I wish I had heard of them sooner, but I will definitely be looking into them. Thank you for sharing. Have a great week!
Oh Debby,
That is too funny!!! Sounds like Logan was creative at an early age, in more than one way!!! xo E
There's nothing better than new art supplies! I think I should stash some of these away for backyard art days with my favorite little Picassos!
Happy Monday, Elizabeth!
Naturally sweet and good for our kids! I will have to marker this into my memory!! Hope you're having a great summer 🙂 XO, Kelly
Oh my darling, oh my darling, oh my dar-ling clementine… Can't stop humming this now! Looks like great fun!
xo Cathy
I so wish my little Picassos were still into modeling dough and crayons – now, their art is all computer generated (watch out Pixar!) These products are so incredibly cute!
xxoo
You have great advice about EVERYTHING!!! Hope you are enjoying your Summer. Mona
Off to check
into this for
my own little
artist, who still
likes the basics
as well as the
professional tools
that she now uses : )
May pick these up
for the younger kids
that will attend our
family reunion in
August….thanks,
Elizabeth!
xx Suzanne
Thanks for the rec. Maddie colored her entire hand with a black marker this weekend and I, too, was wondering how safe that was with that much ink on her. And I make our playdough b/c I literally cannot stomach the store bought stuff…will have to check this out!
What a great find – thank you! xx
Ohhhh how funny we both posted about art supplies, the old and the new!!
These look amazing almost like cosmetics.
I swear there are so many companies that come out of Boulder, CO.
That's where I met my husband at the University of Colorado many years ago and even then it was like that.
I'll have to remember these when I need a gift for small ones. Are they only available online?
Thanks for the intro…these all look good enough to eat!:)
Love the packaging, very clean and fresh! What a great find!

How cool–the family I babysat for in Cville would be all over this!
And yes, Mary Kay does give out those pink cadillacs, though I doubt I'll ever get to that level..I'm just hoping to make some extra cash! Be sure to stop by tomorrow morning to check out my MK giveaway and sale!
Oh! I adore the logo! I searched and searched for something similar… I bet she's an artist and invented that cute clementine herself… it would have worked for the french tangerine!
I love it when a clever product comes in stunning packaging.
Thank you for introducing us to these. I will definitely get some of these for my little ones.

I love when a product is eco-friendly/healthy and has pretty packaging to boot!
Thank you for sharing this brand, I definitely have to get some of those crayon rocks for my 5-year old!
Thank you for sharing about this company; I love that there are thoughtful companies such as this making non-toxic art supplies. I don't have kids, but am tempted to get some for myself!
