Was it really 6 years ago, that Kelly Wearstler redesigned the Bergdorf Goodman lunchtime eatery, BG, into something spectacular?
For anyone who lived or visited NYC prior to this transformation, the former eatery was located on the 5th floor and rather bland. No view. No windows. But, oh…..the tuna salad sandwich was out of this world. (My office was located 2 doors down on 57th St, so I could be found in that location numerous times a week….when I wasn’t salivating over shoes).
Fast forward….not only has Kelly given us all a slice of NYC heaven in the form of the bodacious BG restaurant and a funky little home accessories boutique on the 7th floor, but she has launched her ready-to-wear line, exclusively for Bergdorf Goodman. Seems she understands the mantra…”dance with the one who brought you”.
Who wants to meet for lunch at BG? We might even spy Bergdorf’s latest style star!
I saw that coming. Clothes to go with the interior, brilliant!

Count me in on another lunch at BG with you! I'm sure her clothing line will have lots of fabulous finds. Have a great weekend!
I wish I could have lunch with you at BG! Have a great weekend. xx
If I lived closer it would be a date!!! Kathysue
OMG those pendants!
I may be a few minutes late for lunch…trying to decide which one of those pendants I need the most!

Me! raising hand over here! I DO!
Hope they have a table large enough for our group! I just remember how much fun we had this time last year after the Nate Show… and Kelly is a design genius!
xxoo
I hope you're inspiring a NYC-metro-area blogger meetup lunch at BG… if so, I'm in! And now I'm curious, what did you do before you were a blogging housewife?
Me me – I'm in for lunch!!!! I'll have to go with blinders on – just so dangerous for me!! Either that or save my pennies starting NOW!! Love every single thing you showed from the collection!!
I haven't had lunch there in ages! I am long overdue for a good shopping trip!
Countess – Before I became a blogging housewife (love that term!), I worked for more than a decade at a large multinational financial institution – some of that time managing trust and investment relationships and some of the time in Marketing. I was in Marketing (which I loved) when I worked in NYC on 57th St.
Those were good times. Pre children. Lived on the Upper West Side, walked through Central Park to work. And spent untold lunch hours cruising Bergdorf Goodman – window shopping primarily, but oh, how I loved it.

Count me in too. I miss New York and would love to join you there. Have a great weekend, Elizabeth.
Oh, if I lived in NYC I'd be there in a heart beat! Too bad it's on the other side of the country!
Yes, those were the days! I'll be back in NYC at the end of October. Great place to visit…not sure if I'd want to live there…without a wheel barrel full of money! I can certainly spring for a tuna sandwich though, if you'll be in the vacinity! East coast meets west coast! Would love to meet!
Enjoy the weekend!
Oh, love NYC and wish I could go there in a heartbeat! I am very intrigued about this clothing line…going to check it out now! Take care, Caroline
We are always in need of a little black cocktail dress and guess we are due for another NYC trip! Thank for posting such a fabulous line!
Have a wonderful rested weekend!
XO,
