My front door
I’m doing my Monday post a little early, as I’m guest blogging halfway around the world in Sweden! Charlotta Ward, the fabulous voice behind Space for Inspiration, asked a number of her blogging friends to answer the question:
“What Does Christmas Mean to You?”
So, join me in snowy Sweden where I’ll be sharing what this beautiful time of year means to me.
And since we’re sharing…what does the holiday (whichever you celebrate) mean to you?
Darling, it is a pleasure to host you here at the very top of the world! 🙂
The snow is indeed pouring down (since two days!) and the Christmas spirit is nearing it's peak.
Today we dressed the Christmas tree and it was lovely to watch the kids' excitement. Such a merry time isn't it!?!
Your post is beautiful and I love having you over at Space for Inspiration.
Thank you so much again for taking part in my little Christmas series.
Lots of love and hugs from Sweden!
xx Charlotta
headed there now!
Merry! Merry!

Christmas means spending time with my family since the husband is home for two weeks…yahoo! I'm off to visit Space for Inspiration.
Your front door is just so pretty and charming!
Christmas to me, means a time to spend quality time wtih loved ones, a time to reflect on our blessings and to think about what we can do to be better people in the coming year. It is also a time to revel in the beauty and magic of the holiday both through the people we know and the beautiful inspiration that is all around us!
Will go visit you!
Merry Christmas Elizabeth! Love your snowy front door!
Elizabeth,
Love your front door and the snow just makes it perfect for a Christmas post. Christmas means to me a time to celebrate traditions with family and friends, a time to be mindful of others who may not be feeling blessed this holiday season (we do Toys for Tots every year) and a time to push the pause button on life's demanding schedule. I'm also most mindful of all of those who make my life a happy life…you included my dear blogging friend. XO.
Heading on over now! Hope you had a great weekend, sweetie! xoxo
Elizabeth your door looks like a postcard for Christmas, I just read your beautiful post. I love that you shared your sweet heart! merry Christmas sweet friend,
Kathysue
Christmas is twinkling lights, children laughing, snow on rooftops, but most importantly…the hope of a child born in a manger…
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!"
Beautiful!! Will pop on over!
Can't wait to see…off to Sweden now! xx
Hopping a flight now… Read you soon!
xxoo
beautiful! Right now Christmas means craziness! Hoping things calm down, all is calm all is bright is more what I am seeking!!
Christmas means a time for preparation, for respecting traditions old and new and for creating an "All is calm, all is bright" space in our homes and in our hearts. I love watching some of the old Christmas movies. I remember watching them as a child, Rudolph, Charlie Brown, It's a Wonderful life, The Christmas story.
… fun seeing friends and family gather to spread good tidings of comfort and joy.
Everyone needs that, right!
Time to make some "Blog nog"
