FALLing Into the Weekend

I don’t know about you, but I am literally falling into the weekend. Luckily, it’s a long one, thanks to Columbus Day. Things are starting to look like fall. Here’s a peek!

Loved this sign at a local shop. Doesn’t it make you want to grab a a pumpkin muffin and enjoy the changing of the leaves?

    Looking mighty fine at your place!
    Our "boys" are coming home this weekend and I am busy preparing the homestead with goodies.
    I have a few works to finish today….and to paint some chevron pumpkins for a local shop….
    in exchange for pumpkin scented candles…
    I just want some cool crisp temps to make a fire!

    sign just oozes
    cozy feelings of
    autumn, doesn't
    it??

    We have a typical
    weekend of kid's
    activities, a date
    night : ) and church
    duties on Sunday.
    My son is in a sailing
    regatta on Saturday
    and a double-header
    baseball game on
    Sunday, despite highs
    in the 50's…brrr. We
    will need those pumpkin
    lattes, for certain!

  19. Looks wonderful, Elizabeth! I haven't been able to take part in much fall fun lately because I was at the beach house all September weekend and now I'm sick in bed this weekend. Hopefully I can squeeze in some fun next weekend 🙂

  20. Love those pumpkins in the window! Fall is by far my favorite season. It has nothing to do with Halloween and everything to do with Thanksgiving, layering of clothes and some good and real friday night lights.
