Like most of you, I find myself running in multiple directions. This week is no different! So, today, I thought I’d just share some of my mid week musings. Where I’ve been. What I’m loving. What I’m working on. And, something for my Texas readers!
You’ll recognize the famed Bergdorf Goodman above, in a photo I snapped at the corner of 5th Avenue & 57th Street. I’m always drawn to this remarkable retail shop, but was struck at the signature “gift wrap” it gave itself. Celebrating 111 years of swoon worthy shoes, bags, clothes and objets.
Next, my newest delight are these “french m&ms”. They are made with 70% cacao (so, that’s healthier, right?!) and are packaged so well that they would be a darling party favor. Pour them in a silver dish and you have a glam little dessert.
Hi Elizabeth, sorry I've been so quiet but this is my busy season for my business. You made me smile seeing the Bergdorf building above, time for me to go down to NYC I miss running around there.

Elizabeth,
I can (we can) always count on you for giving us lots of eye candy to fill more than our dishes. I love that Stark carpet. Off to see what sort of trouble I can get into today….but must check out blue print.
I think I need a trip to the city to have lunch with my husband who works right next door to BG. Now that would be dangerous if that were my office.
Ridiculous.

I really like the fresh and open feel of that playroom, elizabeth. looking forward to seeing what you come up with for your own space…donna
111 years..thats amazing and I am with you, its one incredible store, I enjoy window shopping there almost as much as I enjoy taking home something:)
Love the rug for the playroom…..think its the perfect blend of sophistication with whimsy and looks like it would be forigiving too!
Enjoy your day Elizabeth:)
Whenever 57th and 5th is on my way somewhere, I always stop in for a quick dose of fashionable inspiration!! Love those pretty candies and I am starting to think about a family room/playroom redo as well – love the rug!
Love that playroom! My nephew has morphed into a preteen & its funny to see the difference between him and his brothers now. I feel like that change happens fast!
You always share your eye candy with us. But where can we find the real candy? It looks adorable!
LOve it all! want those chocolates, kinda badly…also..lunch date!?
Happy Wednesday, Elizabeth! I love B&G…very chic! One of my favorites in NYC. Look forward to seeing what you do with the playroom. This one is fun and stylish!
Ciao,
Loi

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to circle back with purchase info on the Maison Pecou mini chocolates. I have looked high and low…and can not find any direct purchase option on the internet.
Here is the link to the company, so you can check out their entire line: http://www.dragees-pecou.com/dragees/chocolat.php'
But, I found mine at my local gourmet shop, June & Ho, here in Rye, NY. Give them a call @ 914-967-1900 and ask for June. 🙂
Happy munching!
xoxo Elizabeth
