While strolling through the neighborhoods of Knightsbridge and Chelsea, each entry was prettier than the next. Talk about making a great first impression. Glossy black doors seemed the most popular, so many of these are variations on a theme.

Hi there…every one of those entrances are dreamy! Love how perfect and symmetrical they are, and of course they had me at the black glossy doors and topiaries, two of my favorite things! Excellent taste…..it would be impossible to choose a fave, they are all stunning!

One of my favorite London Neighborhoods for just looking is Holland Park. I am always inspired by their immaculately tended window boxes. I love the houses with blue doors. I expect to see Jean and Lionel from As Times Goes Bye, coming out to greet me. We are going to the UK for a month this spring. For the history, genealogy, tea and inspiration. We are following the places fromA.S. Byatt, The Children's Story and a
Winter Garden. You would enjoy both novels. I also plan to go for a facial.
