Oh. My!
Pretty doesn’t even begin to describe this 1920s bungalow by the late Dallas architect, Charles Dilbeck. Once the design duo of Cynthia Collins & Laura “Birnie” Birnbaum got their hands on it, the natural architectural design was enhanced with a soft color palette and chic home furnishings and decor.
Along with the homeowner’s collection of shagreen, english boxes and books….much of the art and furnishings came from Blueprint, which is co-owned by Collins. And, one of my all time favorite decor shops!
These photos are a master’s class in styling and juxtaposition.
Do these images make you feel like doing a little styling in your own home? I know I do! And, I just did….as I have houseguests all weekend. Nothing like company to make you want to freshen things up.

Oh goodness is right! The art work is stunning and all the detailed vignettes are so thoughtfully created. The beds are gorgeous .. so soft and comfy looking.
