Yesterday morning I was down at our beach club – it was one of those blue sky kind of days where the sun sparkled on the water and you couldn’t help but realize how lucky you were to be there. A casual conversation with a friend about left over lobsters and lobster rolls stuck with me all day. I have a mild obsession now and am determined to track down or make some this week.
In my state of minor obsession…I stumbled upon The Ordinary. A James Beard nominated restaurant in Charleston (all time favorite city) that has elevated the lobster roll to elegant fare. And, I am determined to go there. Ok…maybe getting there this week is a bit of a stretch, but I’m scheming.
