I love seeing all the neighborhoods evolve throughout the seasons. Spider webs draped across trees, ghosts hanging from trees, jack-o-lantern’s emerging where plain pumpkins sat before. It’s all preparation for this Friday…Halloween!
Even Molly is in the spirit of things!
I’m constantly tweaking things. Decorating with metal orbs is everywhere, so I tried my hand at updating my planters. First, I settled a lantern in the center.
I like how it’s looking, but need to fill it out a bit. I think it will look really pretty at night, when I light the candles inside the lanterns. And, will carry me through Thanksgiving.
I’m definitely more treat than trick when it comes to decorating for Fall.
Looking good Elizabeth and Molly is just so darn cute!! That picture looks like a painting..she is a doll.
Hope you enjoy the Halloween festivities with your boys:)
Every visit here is such a darn tootin treat!
Love your orbs.

Elizabeth, this looks beautiful! I would never have thought to fill my orbs with pumpkins!
Have a great Halloween!
I bet it looks gorgeous at night lit up!
xo
Yes, I like the image of the lantern glowing in the evening.
Oh, this is going to shape into a look that everyone will want to do. Great idea.
Miss Molly looks so sweet! How clever your metal orbs spiked with pumpkins are. I think they are perfect for Halloween and to carry you through to Thanksgiving.
I've loved seeing our neighborhood get a bit spookier each day. Yesterday they laced the trees lining the main street of the village with little white lights. They were twinkling when I drove to my early workout this morning and will provide a little extra glow for the ghouls and goblins who trick or treat on Friday.
My brain is already moving forward because we are hosting a bash the weekend after Thanksgiving, so I'm thinking of ways to bridge the harvest with Christmas.
Here's to more treats than treats this week, Elizabeth! XOXO
Elizabeth, always so appropriate and pretty!! Love it. I am all about a PRETTY Halloween as well! White pumpkins are the name of the game for me!!! Molly is too cute for words,

Thanks for the Floralife tip! I've never hear of it but have been constantly plagued by pumpkin eating squirrels. Your arrangement looks beautiful!
