Winter break has started and my boys are begging to do some baking. Mixing and measuring seem fun to them and there’s nothing like licking the spoon.
My youngest has a love (no idea where he got it from) of red velvet, so when I saw this recipe, I knew we had to try them.
These white chocolate dipped ginger cookies will be in the mix, too!
I’ll be taking the rest of the week off to spend time with family, do some holiday baking and enjoy sitting in front of the fire with the stack of books I’ve been meaning to dive into.
