January arrives with lots of excitement for a clean slate, a fresh start…but I think it overwhelms a lot of us with the pressure to have goals, resolutions and improvements.
This year, I’m trying to take it easy on myself. Keep the expectations in check. The one thing that I’ve committed to doing is starting my morning with a cup of warm lemon water. I used to do it with regularity and felt the benefits…but old habits crept back and I stopped somewhere along the way.

Instead of giving something up this year, try adding in this one thing and see how good you feel.
