Can’t you just feel the love in these Kerri Rosenthal paintings? The woman seriously has heart and creativity just leaping onto each canvas. These “drippy” hearts are a showstopper for any room you love!

This beauty is called “Sweetheart” and is being displayed in the windows of Dovecote in Westport, CT as of today!

I asked Kerri what inspires her Drippy Heart series.  “Sometimes I feel like that emoji…the happy face with hearts in his eyes. I definitely have them in mine! Painting away these next two weeks so that all my Drippy Hearts make it to their sweethearts. I looked down on my studio floor and couldn’t believe what I saw”.

So, for one of my lovely readers….Kerri will paint a 20×20 Drippy Heart in the color that you love most! Open only to U.S. readers this time.   3. This morning I'm loving little Lucy, the 20 month old granddaughter of our closest friends who has been in the pediatric ICU for two weeks at Levine Children's Hospital. I also love the full moon that was hanging big, bright and low in our sky last night. I can't wait to go outside and look at it again tonight.

  8. I am loving the warmth of my home. This morning it felt protective, loving and full of life as my family had breakfast together before the day started.
    I am also loving my cats' meows. I look forward to their voices early in the morning as I am opening their cans of food. 😉

  10. What a lovely giveaway – I love Kerri's hearts – especially the blue one, which would be perfect in our master. I'm a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, so why not on the wall, too. 🙂

    This morning I'm loving my post-6am workout coffee (sooo needed) and my lovely husband who is sitting across the breakfast nook table… neither of us are feeling very chatty, but quiet moments are so nice.

  13. I had the experience of a lifetime! A little house finch hit my sliding door to the patio and fell into thesnow.I didn"t know if he was just dazed or dead. My first thought was to get him out of the deep snow with my snow shovel and place him on a cleared area.i did see some slight movement,so I ran for a soft hand towel and gently picked him up to bring him inside. I"m sure I cuddled this little creature of God for a good half hour watching for signs of life. Little by little he showed signs of life. He allowed me to pat his head and stroke him under his chin.I was in awe! He finally flew off of the towel after extending my arm out the sliding door. I will never forget this experience.     Oh, how generous of Kerri to share her h'ARTS!
    I love my husband. He has a heart of gold and is generous to so many with his kindness, support and guidance. I would love a Gold heart! Gold, brass or any metallic would be a sign of his shiny heart.
    I do love the white heart on black. It seems that's what I live in.

  35. I love art from Westport today and everyday. Westport artists have a special place in my heart because I grew up in Westport with a mom who was an artist. My first memories are napping on the floor at my mom's studio and playing at Compo Beach while my mom painted. She died when I was 16 and is buried in Westport. When I first saw Kerri's art on your Instagram, I didn't know she was from Westport but could see her joy and bright spirit in her work and wanted that in my home. When I learned she was from Westport MY heart leaped.
    I now live in Seattle. If we had one of Kerri's hearts in our home, it would be a reminder of my mom's deep love for art and a reminder that art and joy live on. Happy Valentine's Day to you Elizabeth! xoxo valerie

  39. I am so thankful for my husband. He is incredibly supportive of me and all of my adventures. He helps me with anything I need including folding the laundry! How could I not be thankful for that! I am also incredibly thankful for my girlfriends. I have absolutely no idea what I would do without this group of amazing women.
    I have been in love with Kerri's work since you first wrote about her! Any one of her pieces would compliment me newly remodeled/decorated living room. I would be thrilled to own a piece of her work.
