I’ll admit it was the pink tulips that caught my eye, but upon closer examination, I was really charmed by the color contrasts and the use of fresh fruit in this arrangement. Fresh and fruity!
It got me thinking about how pretty flowers and fruit are when used together.
So, the next time you’re thinking about your centerpiece, consider if a little fruit might punch things up!

Agree that it's awfully pretty, I have never done an arrangement with fruit and flowers but always admire them and you have featured some beauties!
Hope you have a wonderful day…and that the sun comes out, I am craving a dose of sunshine!
Oh, these are lovely, Elizabeth. They'd make pretty paintings. I love combining flowers with the unexpected – lemons and limes for a Cinco de Mayo centerpiece, apples for back to school – even red hots for Valentine's Day.
The London Plane in Seattle does a fruit and flowers arranging class in late summer…. wouldn't it be wonderful if it happened this year while you were in town?
Hope you have a beautiful Wednesday! XO
So pretty! I love these!
Perfect reminder to add a little fruit into the decor. It creates a bit of tension and conversation.
