Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, everything seems to be full throttle toward the holidays! The wreaths are lit down our main street and it seems like every other car we pass has a Christmas tree tied to its roof. Yesterday, our family set off to get our tree, always an adventure.
I love seeing all the holiday decor, greenery and seasonal flowers. This year, it seemed like there was lots of white…and I loved it. So far, I have yet to put out anything “red” inside the house. It’s all green and gold for now. It feels like an color palette that would serve you well through January. White poinsettias, paper whites, even white hydrangeas. Ahhhhhh…..
Of course, Molly had to come along for the ride. And, she was looking the part!
Have you started decorating yet? Will you be doing the same as in years’ past or will you be trying something new? I plan on lots of natural elements and a little bling. I’ll share as soon as it’s up! Have fun preparing for this festive season!
Molly is soooo cute! I am a huge fan of white everything around the holidays next to the lush greenery its a surefire thing. We are in Naples where its 80 but you see beautiful Christmas decor…they even made snow on Sat. night downtime which was incredible…who would have thought the first snow I saw this season would be in Naples, Florida!
Enjoy your holiday prep:)
We’re slowly but surely getting our arms around the holiday decorating… many orders to get out before we tackle our own homes! Love all the winter whites on display and they would pair well with silver. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
