December is here and so, too, is my holiday decor (at least on the outside), thanks to Cindy Mills and her team at Gardens. I love a change of seasons and Christmas is one of the best! Each year is a variation on a theme of bright red berries, lit miniature trees and magnolia. This year, instead of an elaborate garland over the door, a simple evergreen was the choice. Some years we go all out, but this year we decided to simplify a little. I think it’s still as impactful…which is a lesson in and of itself.
The red lacquered wreath, from the Magnolia Company, is back again this year, as well as my sleigh bells on the door. Some things I just don’t tire of.
Do you have a traditional way to dress your home? A favorite wreath? I’d love to know!
Picture perfect!!! You are way ahead of me, I am embarrassed to say the pumpkins are still at the front door!! Tomorrow they are a goner, I was just waiting for the rain:) Sooo pretty, you must be thrilled, LOVE the doorway. Just fabulous! Happy holidays:)
