We thought it would never arrive, but Spring has come to stay! It’s been a while since the holiday decorations have been taken down and my window boxes and urns have sat empty for months. So, I was thrilled that the weather finally warmed up.
This year, the vision was soft and storybook. Cascading ivy with pale yellow pansies and ferns. The plantings need to coordinate with the tulips….which are beginning to bloom! So, a good deal of thought goes into what to plant in the window boxes and urns. Cindy Mills and her team at Gardens bring this vision to life and working with them is a highlight of maintaining our landscape. Hopefully the sun is shining where you are this week and it’s the beginning of a beautiful week!
Can i just say fabulous!! I have not planted yet because its been so darn cold here at night but I am itching to get my window box done too!
Will you switch out the pansies once the weather warms up? What will you plant instead? Beautiful!
