Happy New Year! I hope your 2017 is off to a great start!!
It’s always fun to look back over the past year to see what you tried, accomplished, where you traveled, who you saw and milestones that were celebrated. But, today I’d like to look back at 2016 via the tulips that caught my eye along my travels or that I brought home to enjoy. As with last year, today’s post coincides with the Parade of Roses, so I’m doing my own Parade…of Tulips. Unless otherwise noted, the tulips are pictured at my home.

Look back on your 2016 to decide what you want more of in 2017! I’ll definitely be looking for more tulips and more travels. And, remember no matter where you are….bloom where you are planted!
May this be your best year yet!

Happy New Year! What a breath of fresh air to see all these lovely blooms this dreary morning!
Elizabeth, this is a beautiful post. I’m going to remember this idea because I’m definitely a flower person. I take photos of flowers whenever they catch my eye. I’ve organized my white ones before, and in fact have a post sitting in draft. I was thinking about whites as the new year starts and everything is fresh. I so enjoyed your year of pink tulips! Happy New Year and all the best for 2017!
Oh, they are exquisite. Such splendid display of beauty! I love the way tulips droop so beautifully. Happy New Year! xo
Happy 2017, Elizabeth!!! Your tulips are so beautiful and cheerful on this dreary January day!! xoxo
