You may have seen on the news that the 2nd Nor’easter in a week is headed this way. School is cancelled. It’s a snow day!
Yet, we are soooooo close to Spring. The daffodils have started to push up and many of us thought we might have an early Spring. But, not so fast. Winter has us in her grasp and she’s not leaving with a wimper.
In looking back through the late March and early Aprils of years past….they look a bit more like this. Which is hard to imagine with nearly a foot of snow on the ground today. So, to keep me focused on what’s to come I’m pulling out some sunny, yellow images.
Message to the daffodils….you can do it, you can do it! See you in a few weeks!
Your spring flowers are so beautiful! Makes me want to up my game in my yard!
Thank you, Melanie!! My garden helps me get through the long winters here!
This marks one posiTve FOR charlesfon! We look like this now! But on the flip side, our snow this year was an oddity, so we don’t get that magic. Thank you so much for SHARING more beauty!
