Ahhhh….fragrant lilac! My lilac bushes are tucked away behind the house, so most people will never see them. But, they add an amazing scent to the air. I love clipping a few and bringing them indoors. But, they never last very long. 
Some things are meant to be fleeting. Perhaps to ensure that we enjoy them while they last!
