Right now, my backyard is a serene scene of white and green. I’m wondering what the hydrangeas will do, as last year was a banner year, but the prior two years were busts.
As we begin June, I am full of anticipation. Here is a look back at where the garden was in late June of last year. A lot can happen in the span of 30 days…so let’s see what happens.
I’m on the hunt….for hydrangeas! How about you?
My passion has turned to propagating hydrangeas. They are so easy to propagate and its great to have some replacement bushes coMing along if something happens to an old favorite. My garden is smaller now, so I plan to give most away. Your garden of hydrangeas is charming!
Jayne,
That sounds wonderful! Lucky friends who will be the recipients of those hydrangeas!!
Hi Elizabeth, I am hoping for some buds this summer as well. While you enjoyed beautiful blooms last years, it was a bust for me. fingers crossed some blooms come this year.
Fingers crossed for your garden, Cindy! I think mine will be ok this year, but not the abundance of last year. Gardens are so fickle!
xx Elizabeth
