There are so many amazing restaurants in the Hamptons and we loved visiting some of of our old favorites. But, we were so happy to visit the Hamptons outpost of NYC’s famed Eleven Madison Park. The Hamptons version is called EMP Summer House and has a total Hamptons vibe. It also has an interesting set up. First, if you want to make a reservation (the outdoor area is first come/first serve, weather permitting), you are required to make a non-refundable deposit of $50/person. Next, they only take American Express.
We went for lunch on our first day and it was fabulous! The menu is different in the dining room and in the outdoor area. Children would be welcome in any area, but would especially enjoy the outside, where there is plenty of room to run around.
This is the 2nd year that Eleven Madison Park has done a pop up restaurant. I think the response has been overwhelming….so I hope they make it a summer standard!
