Celebration is a word I really like a lot. I think there’s a lot to celebrate in life. Big things. Small things. Holidays. Sunny days. Milestones. Ice cream cones. Firsts. Lasts. So, as I wind things down, I thought I would share a look back at the celebrations that have happened at my bar cart (aka champagne cart).
Birthdays. Holidays. Photo shoots. On any given day, there is something on the bar cart, because it’s a small space that is fun to decorate. Celebrations that are coming up are: Memorial Day, end of school, Father’s Day/polo weekend, my birthday, Fourth of July, Bastille Day, just to name a few.
I keep the crystal flutes on the top shelf, along with a champagne bucket and various hotel silver. From there, the embellishing begins. It could start with a color or key piece of decor and then I usually add colored candy, cocktail napkins and hang one of my banners. I like to change it up.
Here’s a look at some of my favorites!
Celebrations don’t have to be enormous endeavors. Find one small spot that you can really go to town on and celebrate every chance you get!
