Lucky Charms

We all know that to some degree we make our own luck. Usually when preparation meets opportunity. However, it never hurts to take it when you can get it!

So, just a few fun things that fit the theme of the week!

Jennifer Fisher used to have a darling shamrock pendant. I couldn’t find that any longer, but this LUCK pendant is still chic and cool.

Two’s Company has great price points and I just love this little catchall tray. How adorable for someone who has something big coming up. And, a perfect place to keep their lucky charms.

At a really great price point is this horseshoe pendant by Moon & Lola. You know you always keep a horseshoe turned up so you can “catch” the good luck.

I can feel it…..today is YOUR lucky day!

Raise a Glass to the Weekend

What a week! Snow, snow and more snow. Planes skidding off runways. Pileups on the highway. Ice. School cancellations. I think it’s time for a cocktail!

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I was styling this earlier in the week. But, I’ve waited until today to break open the champagne!

One of the easiest ways to welcome a new season or holiday is by changing out the things that you use all the time. You don’t have to redecorate the house, but a little ribbon, a little nod, or a little color change can signal something new is about to happen. Obviously, this little vignette was inspired by St Patrick’s Day but you could use whatever you like for inspiration.

Raise a glass to the weekend and as the Irish would say….

May your troubles be less,
And your blessings be more.
May nothing but happiness,
Come through your door.
