Just add a roast chicken with lemon and rosemary! Or mix and match with your favorite sides.

I love fresh lemon….on a salad, in ice cold water, squeezed on fish. Another one of nature’s perfect and beautiful gifts.

  1. I love lemons. As a matter of fact I'm planning to make 8 lemon ice box pies and put them in the freezer tomorrow. Each summer our participation in our neighborhood yard sale is to have a "bistro" on the front porch and that's one of the items we'll have on the menu this year.

  3. My Grandmother loved lemon drops and I have such wonderful memories of her! She made the best lemon meringue pie! Her name was "Elizabeth" and she raised 9 children and worked til the age of 93, her apron said, "I may be an oldie, but I'm a goodie."
    She certainly lived a life full of zest!

  11. I love lemons. I had better considering they are a big help when one has kidney stones (the most excruciating pain I have ever felt). I add a bit of lemon juice to my ice water on a daily basis. Makes it taste refreshing.

    I, prettypinktulip's mother, grew up on a citrus orchard in South Texas and enjoyed a variety of lemons. Yummmm I love the smell, color,and taste of anything remindful of lemons. I should serve cold lemonade on this 107* day for the special friend's birthday in August;however, her mother, a poet, dedicated a poem about the tea party they shared. Therefore, I am having a tea party in her honor with sliced lemons for the tea and in the ice water. Also, I made lemon curd just in case a lover of lemon like me wants a bite of tart taste on the scone. Ode to all lemon lovers!
