Frozen pink cheesecake…topped with flowers and berries? I think I’ve gone to dessert heaven.
This is just one of many delicious recipes from David and Luise (and baby Elsa) of Green Kitchen Stories. If you love vegetarian dishes or just want to eat healthier, check out their blog. Fair warning….the pictures are as amazing as the recipes, which are all organic and green.
How about you? Are you Vegan? Raw? Gluten free? Or, like me, just doing the best you can?

Yummy! I don't eat (nor favor) red meat…but otherwise…love everything else…especially dessert! Take care, Caroline
I try to eat healthy, but I rely on my tastes….and that frozen treat looks so tasty!

I could do better… a lot better! That Pink Cheesecake looks amazing!
What a beautiful dessert – just right for spring. I'm like you – doing the best I can but I do tend to avoid gluten (but not religiously) – feel much better for it!
If that strawberry cheesecake is on the menu, I'll be anything you want me to be – though vegan may be very hard since cheese is part of my four food groups!
Off to check out the site!

I try to eat healthy, and do…most of the time.
I adore cheesecake! Can't wait to try this one when it's finally warmer outside than it is in my freezer!
Ahhhh…cheesecake is my favorite and this one is gorgeous!!
That looks wonderful, I can't wait to check out their blog now and I'm just like you, doing the best I can.
I would love to me mostly vegetarian though, it's just more challenging and labor intensive but so much more interesting and delicious!!!
Thanks for sharing this new blog 🙂
Stay warm and come visit me in California soon.
Love,
Terri

The cheesecake has fruit on it – so it must be good for you, right?!

I do my best to eat products from sustainable resources (organic). I do that about 90% of the time. That cheesecake looks amazing! I think her blog will go on my favorites list!
I think I'm in frozen pink love. Thank you, I'm going to make this for sure. I'm doing the best I can too, I just love a bit fat hamburger too much. Shameful I know!
Loved seeing your friend's party via Sara's Party! Stay warm and good luck with the pipes. xx
That looks delicious!!!! I am a lover of all food, except salmon, and like you am just trying to do the best I can.
Looks lovely. I am trying… My husband was a pretty strict vegan for over ten years, but had to change his diet on doctors orders when he had some issues – has been eating eating meat – mostly chicken – ever since.
Best,
Colleen
