B. Draddy: Style Runs in the Family

This is for all the the men out there or the ones in your life. Especially if you want them to look their best! (And be comfortable!)

B. Draddy is a brand new line of casual menswear, which launched in June for Father’s Day, by Billy Draddy. Billy’s great-uncle, fashion visionary, Vin Draddy, brought Lacoste (yes, those cute little alligator shirts) to the U.S. in the 1950s and sold it under his company name, known as Izod. Remember them from your preppy days?

Well, the fashion bug bit Billy young….and after stints at Timberland, Joseph Abboud, and the Bobby Jones division of Hickey-Freeman, he headed up design, sales, marketing and merchandising for Ralph Lauren’s Golf & Tennis division. 
Currently, Billy is Creative Director for Summit Golf Brands, where he manages 3 lines, including his own B. Draddy. Yes, the man knows style and has it in spades.
Designed for the golf course, but sharp enough to be worn elsewhere, the line is handsome, comfortable and has incredible construction. 
A friend of mine was excited to point out there are no “tags” on the shirts and they are incredibly soft to the touch. 

A new line for cruise will be introduced in December, as well as a line for boys (Billy has 4 sons!). Currently available at fine golf clubs and at B. Draddy….this is a brand that is growing and you’re sure to see more of. And definitely good gift material. I know what my brother and husband will be getting for the holidays! 

I’ll leave you with a line from Billy. “Please wear what you love, the way you like to wear it. You’ll look better in it.”
