I’m always open to new ideas and sources, so when I hear about the same place twice in a matter of days….I really stop and listen. Someone told me about the “flower pot” cakes by Made in Heaven Cakes and sent me a photo of one she sent to her daughter. Lucky magazine, Carolina Herrera, New York Magazine, The Knot all know about Made in Heaven Cakes.
They do more than flowers….but, that’s really what I’m craving right now. Well, that and something sweet.
Spring flowers via cake and frosting….sounds like something Made in Heaven!
Those are gorgeous! My favorite is the simple little blue one with the pink flowers in the photo of the 3 small cakes on glass stands. Dreamy…

Now I want cake for breakfast! It would go perfectly with my morning coffee 🙂 So funny – I saw one of these cakes somewhere this week, too. They definitely have some buzz around them – and not just from bees tricked into thinking they are real flowers. Next time I'm in the market for a cake, I'll have to check them out!
