Welcome to October! The temperatures finally feel like Fall has arrived and my house looks like it, too!
This year, I was craving some pops of pink in the form of mums. I had seen some earlier in September and those, along with white pumpkins and cabbages were what I wanted for this season. Each year it’s a little bit different, which keeps it fun.
To keep the critters from knawing on the pumpkins, we give them a daily spray of Floralife Leaf Shine….I’ve seen some teeth marks, but they seem to take one bite and think twice!
How do you put out the “welcome mat” to Fall?
so pretty Elizabeth, THE POP OF COLOR IS JUST PERFECT (AND IT IS IN PINK). THE CRITTERS AROUND HERE IN MY HOUSE THESE DAYS ARE JUST A 7 MONTH OLD BLENEHIM PUPPY! HE IS JUST WILD (ALTHOUGH HE HAS BROUGHT A PEP IN MOLLY’S STEP BACK), scarlet JUST IGNORES HIM! I WAS REMINDED THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER GET A PUPPY WHEN YOU ARE IN YOUR 60’S, WAY TOO OLD TO BE RUNNING AFTER AN ACTIVE PUPPY. I WILL BE GLAD WHEN THIS STAGE IS OVER. HE HAS THE BEST PERSONALITY, JUST A VERY ACTIVE PUPPY. HAPPY FALL
