How amazing that we have an entire month dedicated to gratitude and thankfulness! I think no matter what your circumstances, taking time out to acknowledge what you do have to be thankful for makes you feel better. And, that probably leads to more positive things in your life.
Though the menu is not my favorite (we are actually forgoing the “bird” at our Thanksgiving table this year), I adore the autumnal hues, so setting the table for Thanksgiving is a favorite activity. Here’s what I did last year, so I’ll be looking for some tweaks I can make to change it up.
What are you more thankful for….Thanksgiving food or Thanksgiving decor?
Hi Elizabeth, I am thankful for your wonderful blog! you give me so many ideas and tips, I can’t tell you how many times I refer to your wonderful suggestions. of course I am thankful for my wonderful family, as well as my 3 fur babies. thanksgiving this year is at my sisters, and she has a wonderful Italian husband who prepares many traditional thanksgiving treats along with a few Italian treats, so much to be thankful for!
Cindy,
I’m so grateful for you and our connection! I love that we share a love of beauty and the best dogs in the land. Speaking of…how is the puppy? Molly is about to turn 7 – which is hard to believe!! Here’s to all we have to be thankful for.
