I hope you had a wonderful Valentine’s Day! Now, we’re on to a long weekend. For those lucky enough to be heading out on vacation…enjoy! For the rest of us, it’s a great time to catch up on books, movies and podcasts. As I did last month, I’m sharing what I’m reading, watching and listening to right now.
My book this month is a little lighter. The Dinner List brings to life the conundrum you’ve heard of: who are the 5 ideal people, living or not, that you would have to your dinner party? I’m still reading it, but I’m enjoying the storyline.
Meaningful Conversations with Maria Shriver just started last month. Maria’s first interview with Rob Lowe was entertaining and surprisingly candid.I am looking forward to continuing with her series that includes interviews with Hoda Kotb and Marianne Williamson. Finally, I may be a little late to this one, but I loved the documentary, RBG, about Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. As a child growing up in the 70s, I was the direct beneficiary of her work, though I did not know it at the time. Aside from women getting the right to vote 100 years ago, her work may be the most important to women’s rights in general.
Hopefully, you will have some downtime this weekend to just relax and read, listen and watch whatever you like!
AWESOME movie RBG which enlightened me on this amazing woman… I highly recommend.
