Tulips….Just Not The Usual Ones

DSC_0318You know that feeling when something new comes into your life and you can’t imagine being without it? Or how you managed before? Well, that’s how I feel about the new addition of tulips in our back yard. Two shades (white and pink) and two sizes (tall and small) are layered together to create a new happy landscape in our backyard. Who knew that having these little pops of color would bring such joy.

The daffodils are fading and the hydrangeas have yet to take hold…so these tulip beauties are the perfect bridge for mid-Spring. Our pink tulips out front are beginning to bloom, but won’t be peak for another 2 weeks.DSC_0319 DSC_0321 DSC_0326 DSC_0297 DSC_0300So, if you’ve been thinking about adding something new into your life or changing things up…I say “go for it”. You might be surprised at how a little change can brighten your day!

Tip-toeing through my new tulips!
